For Project Canueza, Oswald analyzed several years of mortgage data from Fannie Mae that served as the core for the data engineering and visualizations. He created interactive visualizations with Tableau to show how various factors such as debt to income and loan to value ratios affect the likelihood of foreclosure and delinquency. He also created an interactive Leaflet map that shows the average interest rate and number of foreclosures by state. He assisted with the visualization of the machine learning models. In his spare time, Oswald enjoys playing music and cooking.
